  • Flisat Play Insert: Feed the Frog

This frog is hungry and your sensory table is about to level up 🐸 The Feed the Frog Flisat Play Insert is a laser cut and engraved activity insert designed to drop right into your IKEA Flisat sensory table using a standard Trofast bin.

Kids pick up the laser engraved fly tokens (3D print version not included) and feed them through the frog’s open mouth, building fine motor skills and focus while it just feels like play. Hide the flies in a sensory bin and let them dig to find every last one.

What’s included: Laser cut and engraved Trofast insert & fly tokens [SVG file format]

Recommended material: 1/8″ maple plywood (tested with GS2 Awards prefinished maple)

  • Catch & Play: Frog & Flies

This little guy is ready to eat! 🐸 Feed the Frog is a 3D printed sensory activity designed for littles who love hands-on, imaginative play.

Kids use tweezers, tongs, chopsticks, or their fingers to pick up the flies and drop them into the frog’s mouth, working those fine motor skills without it feeling like work at all. Hide the flies in a sensory bin and let them dig to find every last one.

What’s included: Frog face, tray insert, fly pieces [STL & 3MF print formats]

Recommended filament: Matte Olive Green from Sunlu was used, but Matte PLA from Elegoo & Polymaker are my favorite filament brands.

Supports needed: No. If you want to add supports on the bottom of the frog head you can, but I printed mine without supports and it looked great.

Print settings: Default Settings. Snapmaker U1 was used to print and test this design.
